I'm Abby B

A young photographer based on the South Coast of NSW, currently in my final year of university and working as a casual primary school teacher in the classroom. Life is busy, but in the best way.



For as long as I can remember, I have absolutely loved photography, drawn to the moments that often go unnoticed. What I love most now is the connection that comes with it; meeting new people and telling their stories in a way that feels honest and true to them.

As a primary school teacher, connecting with people (especially little ones) comes naturally, and that flows into the way I work behind the camera. I understand that life isn’t still or perfect, so I focus on creating a relaxed space where you can simply be yourselves while I capture things as they unfold.

I’m incredibly grateful to have worked alongside Rachael Tagg Photography as an assistant, where I was mentored and guided throughout my journey, and it played a huge role in shaping the way I approach my work today.
